Does service at Verizon ever annoy you? How about trying to be this guy and explain the difference between a dollar and a cent. If anyone is able to explain to me why it’s so difficult for the Verizon people to grasp this concept, let me know.

Build Update

Figured it may finally be time to post an update on our Imagine Cup status. We are about one day (hopefully) away from finishing. Here are some photos from last week’s build. Images take a while to load because they are so large. Maybe I will fix this later. We are finsihign the project this weekend so look for a new post coming soon with a final video of it working and some more pictures.

Plasma Speakers

So I came across these pretty cool speakers the other day that are based upon using a plasma arc. Apparently they have some very desirable properties such has having no transients or resonance problems because the plasma arcs have no mass and can respond instantly. I recommend watching the video because its pretty cool. More information can be found here.

Windows CE

So as of late, I’ve been working with Windows CE 6.0. Apparently there is almost no hardware that just works with WinCE and every SDK that is needed costs a ton of money. Pretty much, if you ever plan on using WinCE, make sure your hardware is all compatible and has the appropriate drivers or else you’ll go crazy trying to get it all to work.

On that note, if anyone knows WinCE, let me know if you can help.

Twit Friender – PHP Release

Today I released the PHP version of Twit Friender. It will automate the task of gaining friends on twitter. It is free and open source. If you have any comments, questions, or suggestions please feel free to comment on the Twit Friender page or email me. So use this if you want to make more friends / get more followerso n twitter.

A windows version is in the works and nearly done, but it may be a long time until release because we picked up another project.

ShadyServer is on a fresh remake. New host, new projects, and well thats about it. Some decent updates to come hopefully.I will do my best to reupload anything from the past, but no real reason to bring back things that are not important. We actually have Muchow(?) on board and he will maybe post a bit on some projects he is working on as well. If you want to post a project or something just let us know.
